jelly (wanaiina)

Ingredients

  • Water (cold), 1 litre
  • Jelly Crystals, 400 grams
  • Water (hot), 1 litre
  • Sugar , 100 grams

method

Bring water to boil with sugar in it.

Put off the fire and stir in the jelly crystals to dissolve.

Add the cold water to cool the jelly faster.

Serve into tins and refrigerate to let it set.

Serve after 30 min and enjoy.
