Ingredients

  • Sesame, 1 tea spoon
  • Sunflower seeds, 1 tea spoon
  • Banana, 4 pieces
  • Almonds, 6 cloves
  • Honey, 1 table spoon
  • Baobab powder, 1 tea spoon
  • Milk/Water, 2 glasses

method

  • Measure all seeds and powder ingredients and put them in a blender.
  • Wash, peel and add the bananas
  • Measure the milk and add (The milk may be cold or at room temperature, preference)
  • Blend into a smooth consistency.
  • Serve.
