  • Spinach, tarragon ,chevril, chives, watercress, 50 grams
  • Mayonnaise, 250 milliliters

Pick , wash , blanch and refresh and green leaves.

Squeeze dry.

Pass through a very fine sieve.

Mix with the mayonnaise.

Served with cold salmon.
