  • Cream (slightly whipped), 135 milliliters
  • Vinegar, 1 table spoon
  • Horseradish , 40 grams
  • Pepper, 1 pinch
  • Salt, 1 pinch

Wash ,peel and rewash the Horseradish.

Grate finely.

Mix all the other ingredients in a bowl.

Serve in a sauce dish with roast beef,eel, smoked trout or meat of your choice.
