  • Matoke, 8 pieces
  • Margarine
  • Salt and pepper, 2 pinches

Steam matoke in a large saucepan until tender

Drain and roll in margarine

Roll each matoke in peanuts and season

Bake on a baking tray in 350 degrees Celsius for 15 min

Serve.
