  • Butter, 20 grams
  • Veal, 800 grams
  • Raisins, 20 grams
  • Salt and pepper, 2 pinches
  • Cherries, 20 grams

Brown the meat on all sides in butter.

Add salt and pepper, lower the heat and add the soaked raisins and the cherries with their juices.

Cook until tender: slice and arrange the fruit around the meat.

Serve with your favorite wine or juice.
